okgeme Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an okgeme account, you enter into a binding contract with okgeme and accept all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines referenced herein. This agreement governs your access to and use of all okgeme services, including but not limited to our website, mobile-optimized platform, gaming software, payment systems, customer support, and promotional offerings.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of okgeme services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any game-specific rules published on our platform. All such documents form part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an okgeme account or use any of our gaming services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. okgeme reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

okgeme services are intended exclusively for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users accessing our platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. okgeme does not accept players from jurisdictions where our services would violate local regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an okgeme account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in your name. You may maintain only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

2.4 Verification Process

okgeme implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. You agree to provide government-issued identification (valid Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification documents when requested. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify okgeme customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, loss or theft of login credentials, or any security breach. okgeme is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access resulted from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must promptly update your account information if your personal details, contact information, or payment methods change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals, account suspension, or inability to recover your account in case of access issues.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okgeme accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (InstaPay, PesoNet), over-the-counter payments at authorized retail locations, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 network). All payment methods must be registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Most deposits are credited instantly, though bank transfers may require 15-30 minutes for network confirmation. okgeme does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.3 Deposit Source Verification

All funds deposited into your okgeme account must originate from legitimate sources owned by you. okgeme reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds. Deposits from suspicious or potentially illegal sources will be refused, reported to appropriate authorities, and your account will be permanently closed.

4.4 Responsible Deposit Controls

okgeme provides deposit limit tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to promote responsible gaming. Once set, deposit limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only after successful completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Your first withdrawal will trigger automatic verification review, which typically completes within 24 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

okgeme processes withdrawal requests within two (2) hours during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Philippine Time). GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 30-60 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may require 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 (or equivalent in other currencies). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status: Standard accounts (PHP 100,000 per day), VIP Silver (PHP 250,000 per day), VIP Gold (PHP 500,000 per day), VIP Platinum (unlimited). okgeme does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals incur a 2% processing fee.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be processed using the same method as your most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be proportionally allocated to match your deposit method distribution.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

okgeme offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published in the promotional details. Bonuses are voluntary; you may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount for deposit bonuses and 40x for no-deposit bonuses. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, table games contribute 5%. Games contributing less than 100% require proportionally higher total wagering.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Abusive bonus behavior including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, confiscation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure. okgeme employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse.

6.4 Maximum Bet Rules

While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply: PHP 100 per spin on slots, PHP 500 per hand on table games, PHP 1,000 per bet on live casino. Exceeding maximum bet limits voids all bonus winnings and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on okgeme use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by internationally recognized gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by okgeme or players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are publicly displayed.

7.2 Software Malfunction

In the event of game malfunction, software errors, or technical issues affecting game outcomes, the affected game round is void and all bets are refunded. This includes but is not limited to display errors, disconnection during gameplay, or server crashes. okgeme is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.

7.3 Irregular Play Patterns

okgeme monitors gameplay for irregular patterns suggesting use of bots, automated software, game exploitation, collusion, or other unfair advantages. If irregular play is detected, we reserve the right to void affected bets, confiscate winnings, and close your account. This includes identifying patterns such as identical betting sequences across multiple accounts or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

7.4 Game-Specific Rules

Each game category (slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, sabong) has specific rules governing gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and house edges. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or through our help documentation.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

okgeme is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing gambling-related harm. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. If gambling is negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, please seek help immediately.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from okgeme services at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months (cooling-off) or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any okgeme activities. Self-exclusion decisions are final and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.3 Reality Checks and Session Limits

okgeme provides optional reality check notifications reminding you of time spent playing and money wagered. You can also set session time limits, loss limits, and wagering limits through your account settings. These tools help you maintain control over your gaming activities.

8.4 Support Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, confidential help is available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming program, the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines, and okgeme's dedicated support team. Contact information for support organizations is available in our Responsible Gaming section.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or document forgery.
• Money Laundering: Using okgeme to launder proceeds from illegal activities or process funds of suspicious origin.

We are not responsible for failures, errors, delays, or losses resulting from third-party service interruptions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

11.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall okgeme's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim. okgeme is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11.4 Force Majeure

okgeme is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.

Management reviews will be completed within seven (7) business days. All communications, evidence, and documentation related to your dispute should be submitted during this process.

12.3 PAGCOR Complaint Process

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, okgeme is subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight. If internal resolution attempts fail, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels. PAGCOR's decision in any dispute is final and binding on both parties.

12.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
